The chairperson is responsible for ensuring also that the Management Committee runs well, that sessions get fully attended, how all pertinent topics are covered, so the sound decisions are taken and implemented.The Chairperson’s function requires a lot of time because it involves working with personnel, representing the organization outside of meetings, and working between gatherings. Elevated interpersonal plus administrative abilities are needed to serve as the head of the organization.Therefore, Shanthi Vasanthakumar is a great example for the above and she is a great leader who ensures the management committee functions properly, the organization managed properly. and make sure to support and supervise the team.
